ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for ANY reason, including lost mail. I prepare and send off every item with tracking and with care. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen items after the item is packed and shipped out.

Blixty Order Policy

Your item begins crafting within 24 hours of purchase. 
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact me at blixtyco@gmail.com within the 24 hour window of purchase. 
After 24 hours, your item will already be in progress and changes/refunds cannot be made.
