Each Blixty case is handmade to order. Each Blixty piece is one of a kind, expect individuality, small differences, sparkle, and a handmade finish that's truly yours.

These phone cases are hand decorated, they will have slight imperfections. Imperfections may include dust, scratches, etc. Do not buy if you do not like any kind of imperfection.

Please allow 1-3 weeks (7-21 days) processing time before shipment. This includes crafting, curing, and material sourcing.

Your item begins crafting within 24 hours of purchase. 
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact at blixtyco@gmail.com within the 24 hour window of purchase. 
After 24 hours, your item will already be in progress and changes/refunds cannot be made.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for ANY reason, including lost mail. I prepare and send off every item with care. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen items after the item is packed and shipped out.

Please do not submerge the case in water, and don't allow it to overheat. Treat your case with care it is a handcrafted piece.
